Our Story
Laurie de Mel Properties and Yes Developments Ltd are both sister companies to de Mel Group Ltd. Having built Falcon House in 2008 this beautiful, architectural designed building provides a great first impression and is now widely regarded as being a statement building. 2020 saw an existing building completely transformed with a £1.2Million spend to create Kingdom Business Centre.
Both buildings have been configured to provide a variety of Serviced Office spaces that cater for one to ten occupants.
We pride ourselves in offering over sixty-five separate offices that are fully equipped some with air-conditioning, stylish furnishings, high quality IT and telecoms infrastructure support packages and we are able to offer a bespoke package to suit the individual requirements of a business.
Over the past few years we have assisted a number of businesses to grow and flourish and we believe this is because we put our clients and their customers at the heart of our decisions.
Our aim is to be the ‘Home for Your Business’.

When we were looking for an office to set up our company, the all-inclusive charges meant that we didn’t have to deal with different suppliers and we were able to keep control of our outgoings.
After 3 years we continue to receive a top class service.
