Who are we?

We are Laurie de Mel Properties T/A Kingdom Business Centre a Serviced Office and Virtual Office provider whose offices are at Kingdom House, Brunel Road, Newton Abbot, TQ12 4PB.

Visitors to our website

When someone visits www.kingdombusinesscentre.co.uk we use a third party, Kodal to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns using Google Analytics. We do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site.  This information is only processed in a way which does not identify anyone. Kodal do not make, and do not allow Google to make, any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our website.  If we do want to collect personally identifiable information through our website, we will be up front about this.  We will make it clear when we collect personal information and will explain what we intend to do with it.

Security and performance

Laurie de Mel Properties uses Kodal to help maintain the security and performance of the website. Kodal create and maintain the server which is private to Laurie de Mel Properties.  Hosting services are provided by a company called Upcloud,  The data centre providing these services are certified to the following standards: ISO 27001, 9001, 14001, OHSAS 18001, PCI-DSS.

WordPress

We use a third party service, WordPress, to publish our blog. WordPress requires visitors who wish to post a comment to enter a name and email address.

People who contact us via social media

We do not use a third party provider to manage our social media interactions.

If you send us a private or direct message via social media the message will not be shared with any other organisations.

People who use our LiveChat service

If you use the LiveChat service we will collect your name, email address and the contents of your LiveChat session. This information will be retained however it will not be shared with any other organisations.

You can request a transcript of your LiveChat session at the start of your session or by contacting Laurie de Mel Properties confirming your email address and the date the session occurred.

People who call us

When you call Laurie de Mel Properties we collect Calling Line Identity information and record the call. We use this information to help improve efficiency, effectiveness and to provide protection to both yourself and Laurie de Mel Properties.

People who email us via the website

We will monitor any emails sent to us, including file attachments, for viruses or malicious software. Please be aware that you have a responsibility to ensure that any email you send is within the bounds of the law.

Comments

Media
